I really love it I have no regrets getting
The phone is comfy to hold and doesn’t drain battery life! Somehow when it was in my pocket it cracked the screen, but other then that I will be buying more!
Purchased two different ones for my daughters. They really loved them and they look and function great. After about 2 weeks I noticed that neither of them was using the new cover and they told me that they had broken. One had the little connector come off that supplies the power and the other just stopped responding to sound. For a 2 week investment, a bit too expensive. They look fantastic but with this life-span, I do not thing it's worth the money. 1 broken is bad luck, both is a QC issue.
And yes, I have contacted support which has not really proceeded anywhere.
I really love the case and how nice the package each case. Lots of people complement my case and I highly recommend. But I also told them that might take a little longer to arrive but totally worth it
