So to start off, the first item took forever to receive. But it was also purchased during COVID lockdown. The first one was received defective also. Then the good stuff comes in. They handled it professionally and quickly. The second item arrived much quicker than the first and in perfect condition. So overall my experience was amazing also due to the quality of product. Which I had bought the screen protector as well. Worked better than previous one I had purchased on Amazon.
